Digital Health learning Lab by FH Kufstein held in February and March

The training lab took place asynchronously over four weeks in February in March 2021 with 4 units a week and 15 minutes a day. The lab participants were from different health sectors. Technicians, health care workers, dieticians and students were able to access the learning content, such as videos, podcasts and journal articles at any time. Google Jamboards was mainly used as interactive component.

Participants learned hands-on necessary soft skills for a targeted use of digital applications as well as when and how to implement them most effectively. Essential components consisted of organizational and problem-solving skills, good time management and important know-how on data protection. Furthermore, potential obstacles were presented and worked out.

Overall, the feedback from the participants was positive. The participants were happy about the training lab due to the relevance of networked processes and the growing degree of digitalization in the health sector.
